Responsibilities

- Manage the development and implementation of performance analysis frameworks, conduct program evaluations, and identify trends, gaps, and emerging issues impacting transition assistance services
- Coordinate data integration from multiple government and partner sources, conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, and prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and recommendations
- Support strategic action planning by delivering analytics that measure program reputed company, operational performance, customer engagement, and service effectiveness

Skills
- 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 reputed company the federal government
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
