[Remote] Clinical Specialist, Interventional Technologies - Chicago, Illinois

The Clinical Specialist will work closely with clinical and sales teams to meet customer needs, reputed company product support, and drive sales goals reputed company the Chicago and greater Illinois territory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to reputed company quality case coverage and clinical reputed company for patients
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products
• Inform customers on the latest product, therapy, and technology developments by actively engaging in procedural and technical discussions
• Demonstrate the ability to link clinical data to key messaging
• Meet with existing and potential customers to understand their clinical needs, goals, and constraints, and to reputed company creative, feasible solutions using company products
• Collaborate and communicate account and other requested information to the local Account Manager daily
• reputed company insights on competitive products and account issues/opportunities with the appropriate Territory Manager or Clinical Specialist
• reputed company customers on the merits and proper clinical use of the company's products
• reputed company local education and training activities, including coordination of programs, procedural troubleshooting, and facilitation of staff education
• Identify, establish, and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers, and administrative staff
• Support monitoring of product inventory reputed company

Skills

• Minimum 5+ years. Direct experience in the medical device industry. Strong clinical orientation, with experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong clinical orientation with the ability to influence a variety of clinician, nurse, and lab tech personality types
• Ability to persuasively communicate and tailor the Vascular Closure Value Proposition
• Analytical with financial acumen (understanding of how product performance and data impact a health system's reputed company)
• Ability to maintain professionalism while managing sensitive and confidential reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail for maintaining records and processing reports
• Strong knowledge of the medical device market, products, and customer reputed company
• Emotional intelligence to manage schedules effectively and reputed company
• Values teamwork and collaboration
• Proficient in reputed company Office systems
• Previous industry experience, preferably in the Cardiovascular space, calling on: Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Hospital administrators and clinical staff
• BA/BS or equivalent Medical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant)
• Previous experience with vascular closure and clinical education/training
