In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor, managing the full-cycle recruitment of executive talent who reputed company our mission of Helping People Live the Healthiest Lives Possible.
Responsibilities
- Developing proactive internal and external leadership pipelines for critical roles
- Improving the quality and consistency of leadership reputed company
- Supporting successful transitions and long-term impact

- Utilize innovation and effective sourcing techniques, including networking, direct sourcing, and headhunting, to identify potential executive candidates

Skills
