Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. (or commensurate experience) 12+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of software maintenance methodologies, including DevOps. Proficiency in SQL database management, query optimization, and stored procedures. Preferred Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, VPN).
