[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Climate Action

They are seeking a Senior Specialist, Climate Action Operations, who will manage the operational aspects of their Climate Action Team, focusing on procurement, ESG assurance, and data reputed company to support reputed company's sustainability commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement workflows for Carbon Credits, Renewable Energy, CDR, and Nature programs (managing a $20M+ annual spend and 15+ PIRs/COs per quarter)
• reputed company the annual ESG Assurance process for Renewable Energy and Carbon Credits, closely coordinating with external auditors, ESG Controllership, and internal stakeholders
• Manage Carbon Credit allocation and inventory reconciliation (1M+ credits annually) reputed company reputed company’s Net reputed company reputed company (NZC)
• reputed company Virtual Power Purchase Agreements (VPPAs), including Finance coordination, invoice routing, and EAC retirement schedules
• reputed company Carbon Credit RFP operations, including supplier pipeline development and Scout submissions
• Drive reputed company operational process improvement, reputed company comprehensive runbooks, and support cross-functional transitions with the broader Impact Operations team

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in operations, program management, procurement, or a reputed company field—preferably reputed company sustainability, climate, or corporate ESG
• Proven track record of managing reputed company, multi-stakeholder workflows with high accuracy, attention to detail, and independence
• Proficiency with procurement systems (e.g., reputed company, Scout, or similar) and financial tracking mechanisms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft executive-level updates and clear methodology narratives
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple programs without missing external commitments
• Experience working with Net reputed company reputed company (NZC) or similar sustainability data platforms
• Familiarity with ESG assurance processes and reporting standards such as GHG Protocol, GRI, or SASB
• Foundational knowledge of carbon markets, RECs, VPPAs, or CDR programs
• PMP / CAPM certification or equivalent project management credentials
• Previous experience navigating a multinational company with reputed company organizational structures
