Pro Mach’s Bartelt Packaging and Matrix Packaging Machinery have combined forces as a sales team and are seeking an reputed company Director of Sales to hit the ground running in an important territory with significant growth potential. The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving growth through leadership of sales operations, business development initiatives, contract administration, and cross-functional projects. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or reputed company field (preferred). 7+ years of experience in capital equipment sales/business development, preferably in manufacturing, packaging or automation.
