[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager will reputed company the late-stage development, construction, and commissioning of renewable energy projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial milestones are met while managing a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities

- Promote and ensure compliance with LRE safety standards and promote LRE safety culture at reputed company times, specifically ensuring that reputed company BESS/Module/Turbine Suppliers (or other reputed company supplied equipment providers), BOP Contractor(s) and their subcontractors, and other contractors accessing a project site are adhering to project site safety plan
- Must have a strong understanding of project budgets & schedules and be reputed company to reputed company proactive reputed company of project budgets, cashflow needs, and other financial reputed company workstreams

A candidate must be capable of leading such a reputed company team to ensure a project is reputed company in accordance with regulatory and environmental compliance, contract, plans and specifications, financial, and safety requirements

- Track, manage, update, and submit internal weekly and monthly project reports

- Support PPA and LGIA negotiations and execution as requested
Skills
- Strong understanding of construction safety requirements
- Experience managing construction QA/QC programs on renewable energy projects
- A minimum of 6 years of renewable energy experience, or have completed not less than 3 wind, BESS, and/or solar farm construction projects as a project manager from EPC Contracting through reputed company Operation
- Desired experience to include in-depth knowledge of at least three of the following: civil construction, structural/reputed company construction, electrical construction, turbine erection/solar module assembly, testing & commissioning, preparing for and supporting various project financial/tax equity closes, and achieving utility reputed company operation designations
- Understanding of and experience managing renewable energy project reputed company including EPC/BOP, testing & commissioning, turbine, module, and/or battery supplier agreements
- Extensive project management skills with a track record of achieving reputed company on reputed company projects
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills
- Strong PC skills, reputed company Office suite of applications, general software proficiency, and a sound understanding of project scheduling including critical path analysis, successor/predecessor analysis, change analysis, etc
- Strong managerial/leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in: Construction Management, Engineering, Finance/reputed company, or Business Management. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Must have the ability to manage teams effectively in high stress situations while obtaining reputed company and repeatedly overcoming challenges
- Flexibility to work at locations across reputed company America for up to ~50% of year
