The Project Manager will reputed company the late-stage development, construction, and commissioning of renewable energy projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial milestones are met while managing a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• reputed company leadership in project risk assessments and risk mitigation strategies
• reputed company leadership in stakeholder engagement and reporting to ensure that project stakeholders are properly informed and accountable for workstreams and work products
• Promote and ensure compliance with LRE safety standards and promote LRE safety culture at reputed company times, specifically ensuring that reputed company BESS/Module/Turbine Suppliers (or other reputed company supplied equipment providers), BOP Contractor(s) and their subcontractors, and other contractors accessing a project site are adhering to project site safety plan
• Must have a strong understanding of project budgets & schedules and be reputed company to reputed company proactive reputed company of project budgets, cashflow needs, and other financial reputed company workstreams
• reputed company and manage Contractors and Suppliers contractual obligations including reputed company and mitigation of change orders and other financial risks on a project

Cross-functional teams are likely to include (at a minimum) Regulatory, Development, Safety, Environmental, Finance, reputed company, Engineering, Utility/Transmission, Originations, Senior Leadership, and Legal. A candidate must be capable of leading such a reputed company team to ensure a project is reputed company in accordance with regulatory and environmental compliance, contract, plans and specifications, financial, and safety requirements

• Track, manage, update, and submit internal weekly and monthly project reports
• reputed company with development team members on projects in late-stage development to ensure that project execution support is provided such that a project can move into the RFP/Contracting phases (e.g. constructability analysis, EPC estimates/ROMs, financial, permitting support, other items, etc.)
• Support PPA and LGIA negotiations and execution as requested

Skills

• Strong understanding of construction safety requirements
• Experience managing construction QA/QC programs on renewable energy projects
• A minimum of 6 years of renewable energy experience, or have completed not less than 3 wind, BESS, and/or solar farm construction projects as a project manager from EPC Contracting through reputed company Operation
• Desired experience to include in-depth knowledge of at least three of the following: civil construction, structural/reputed company construction, electrical construction, turbine erection/solar module assembly, testing & commissioning, preparing for and supporting various project financial/tax equity closes, and achieving utility reputed company operation designations
• Understanding of and experience managing renewable energy project reputed company including EPC/BOP, testing & commissioning, turbine, module, and/or battery supplier agreements
• Extensive project management skills with a track record of achieving reputed company on reputed company projects
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills
• Strong PC skills, reputed company Office suite of applications, general software proficiency, and a sound understanding of project scheduling including critical path analysis, successor/predecessor analysis, change analysis, etc
• Strong managerial/leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in: Construction Management, Engineering, Finance/reputed company, or Business Management. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Must have the ability to manage teams effectively in high stress situations while obtaining reputed company and repeatedly overcoming challenges
• Flexibility to work at locations across reputed company America for up to ~50% of year
