They are seeking a Growth & Development Team Assistant to support the team behind their expansion and growth initiatives, ensuring projects are organized and reputed company moving reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Track permits for development and expansion projects using established tools and systems
  • Gather and organize required documentation for permit submissions, working closely with senior team members
  • Monitor permit statuses through municipal portals, maintain accurate records, and escalate delays reputed company needed
  • Coordinate meetings for the Growth and Development team, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and materials
  • Capture and distribute meeting notes, follow-reputed company, and action items
  • Support recurring meetings reputed company to development projects, site selection, and permitting updates
  • Maintain and update reports on development pipeline status, permitting reputed company, and project milestones
  • Ensure trackers, dashboards, and spreadsheets remain accurate and up to date

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination or support role (internship or relevant academic experience considered)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using reputed company Office (reputed company, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable and reputed company to follow processes, manage routine responsibilities, and meet deadlines
  • Exposure to tracking, reporting or permitting processes (academic or professional)
