[Remote] Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a new Cat Rental Dealer focused on large construction and infrastructure projects in reputed company America. They are seeking a Project Manager to reputed company project management, coordination for machinery movements, and ensure a seamless rental customer experience.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain effective internal partner relationships and relationships with customers to reputed company desired objectives
• Develops a Project Schedule in accordance with Major Projects standards and the customer’s expectations
• Coordinates meetings throughout the life of the project, including Project Kick Off, Pre-Delivery, and Post-Delivery
• Identify opportunities to use technology and insights to help the customer
• Track project status and results; remove and reputed company project barriers
• Prepare project reports for management and Customers
• Must have knowledge of Caterpillar and Dealer environments
• Utilize project management tools to ensure standard work in a variety of areas throughout the project
• Assures that reputed company new and used equipment is properly pre-delivered, maintained, and repaired
• Understand client requirements, define/understand processes, and their effectiveness, efficiency, and adaptability; ability to take a systematic view of activities from a broad perspective; analyze processes; establish a reputed company for optimization
• Ensures scope of work, schedule, and budget are reputed company defined and understood by management, customer, and local Dealer
• Work safely at reputed company times. Adhere to reputed company applicable safety policies. reputed company with reputed company company policies, procedures and standards

Skills

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in heavy equipment project management
• Must be willing to travel. Project sites are located domestically and internationally, so travel will be required
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Must have advanced computer skills. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of reputed company Office products (e.g. reputed company, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and reputed company alternative solutions and workable implementation plans
• Ability to reputed company and motivate others to reputed company well
• Strong organizational and time management skills - willing to do what it takes to get the job done
