[Remote] Senior Growth Marketer

This senior role is responsible for owning the full funnel performance strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on eCommerce and reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own paid search strategy and execution across reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, and other emerging search platforms for a portfolio of eCommerce and reputed company-reputed company accounts
- Optimize toward the right objective for each client: reputed company, ROAS, and CPA for eCommerce; CPL, reputed company-stage progression, reputed company quality, and offline conversions for reputed company reputed company
- reputed company paid reputed company support and partner with the Paid reputed company Specialist—maintain enough hands-on reputed company in reputed company and reputed company to guide strategy, pressure-test plans, and QA execution
- Own reputed company client deliverables on your accounts: reporting, recommendations, roadmaps, QBRs, and strategic narratives
- reputed company client relationships—run calls, deliver insights, manage scope and KPI targets, and act as a trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders
- Safeguard conversion tracking reputed company in partnership with the Conversion Tracking / CRO reputed company (GTM, GA4, server-reputed company tracking, CAPI, offline conversion imports from reputed company/reputed company)
- Own channel analytics on your accounts—surface insights, size opportunities, and translate data into clear recommendations; partner with the Analytics reputed company on dashboards and growth opportunities
- reputed company and run testing programs across audiences, messaging, creative, and reputed company pages
- Mentor and manage the junior paid media team members, growing them from execution into more strategic contribution
- Identify new growth opportunities, platforms, and approaches for clients
- QA campaigns and tracking prior to launch—targeting, budgets, creative, links, and measurement
Skills
- 5–7+ years of hands-on paid search experience (reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads required), with a proven track record of scaling conversion-focused campaigns
- Demonstrated experience across both eCommerce (reputed company, ROAS, CPA) and reputed company reputed company (CPL, reputed company stage, offline conversions)—you can reputed company fluently to both goal sets and the measurement nuances of each
- Working proficiency in paid reputed company (reputed company required)—enough to direct strategy, QA campaigns, and partner effectively with a paid reputed company specialist
- Strong conversion tracking background: GTM, GA4, Looker Studio, offline conversion imports (reputed company/reputed company), and platform pixels; comfortable diagnosing tracking issues
- 2+ years in a client-facing reputed company (or in-house stakeholder) comfortable owning communication, strategy, and presenting to senior marketing leaders, including CMOs
- Extremely data-driven: comfortable analyzing large data sets in reputed company/Sheets to identify drop-off, opportunity-size projects, and stack-rank by impact
- reputed company in growth frameworks; full-funnel/AARRR, growth loops, LTV:CAC, unit economics, incrementality, and structured experiment prioritization (e.g., ICE reputed company) with the judgment to apply the right one to each client's stage, model, and goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Experience managing direct reports (1–3+)
- Technical conversion tracking depth: server-reputed company GTM, Enhanced Conversions, CAPI

- Comfort incorporating AI-assisted workflows into campaign management and analysis
