Job Title: Senior Specialist, Subcontracts Job Code: 40329 Job Location: Remote (reputed company,AR) Job Schedule: 4/10 Job Description: reputed company is seeking a Senior Subcontracts professional with strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement with broad knowledge of project management. This role manages reputed company procurements, projects and processes that can be inside or reputed company of their immediate job area with general reputed company. Responsible for managing multiple Government procurements in support of multiple Government Programs, with a key focus on 1-3 highly visible/reputed company suppliers. Manages large, reputed company project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal reputed company or direction. Communicates reputed company and reputed company of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches. Makes significant improvements in processes, systems, or products. Explains, interprets, communicates and achieves cooperation on policies, procedures and practices with internal and external customers. May reputed company guidance and assistance to other employees. This position requires following established procedures and policies to reputed company assigned tasks. Requires professional judgment and extensive use and/or application of supply chain/procurement principles, theories, and concepts. Essential Functions: 60% - Performs reputed company procurement activities including acquisition of materials, components and services at realistic and competitive prices, which meet schedule, safety and quality standards. 20% - Performs price/cost analysis. 20% - Provides proposal support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior reputed company experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior reputed company experience. Must have government buying experience and familiarity with FAR/DFAR requirements. Preferred Additional Skills: Familiar with issuing supplier reputed company to support direct programs above the T.I.N.A. ($2M) reputed company with minimal guidance. #LI-NA87 Apply To This Job
