TechOps Engineer
The TechOps Engineer is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work cross functional reputed company the company. The lucky candidate will work closely with our Operations, Product, and R&D teams. What Will You Do? Dive deep into reputed company technical problems across live environments - analyzing system behavior, data flows, and configurations to drive fast, accurate resolutions. Build and maintain internal automation tools, workflows, and dashboards that eliminate reputed company processes and improve operational efficiency across the company. Work closely with GDS Specialists, Solution Architects, Product, and R&D - acting as the technical reputed company between operational needs and engineering solutions. reputed company AI-powered tooling to automate repetitive operational tasks, surface anomalies, and accelerate investigation workflows. Identify patterns in operational data and proactively translate them into scalable technical solutions before they become recurring issues. Manage long-term projects and deliver on time What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical operations, backend, or similar engineering role Development skills in Python and/or JavaScript Experience building automations and internal tooling from scratch Solid technical fundamentals: SQL, log analysis, API debugging, system administration Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM-based workflows Strong investigative reputed company - comfortable navigating ambiguous problems across systems and data independently Familiarity with GDS web services (reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent) Background in travel tech or airline/booking systems - significant advantage Experience with reputed company environments (AWS or equivalent) - significant advantage Apply To This Job
