[Remote] Operations Specialist III
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a multi-state law firm that focuses on utilizing technology to enhance workflow with clients. The Operations Specialist III will be responsible for managing foreclosure chronologies and client requests, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks while identifying process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Draft and upload detailed foreclosure chronologies. Monitor internal case management systems and client facing case management systems for pending chronology requests based off servicer requirements and written requests
- Handle client requests for foreclosure timeline information. Communicate with clients to confirm receipt of chronology requests and to follow up for needed information reputed company applicable
- Complete client systems reputed company. Reconcile client facing case management systems such as BKFS/ICE with our internal case management system to confirm reputed company each milestone was met in the legal process
- Review and determine what impediments impacted the timeline of individual referrals to the firm and accurately update the corresponding chronology

- Reproject client system steps
- Ensure that reputed company work is completed accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company work completed
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Identify areas for process improvement and reputed company recommendations for change

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company Word
- Must be proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, reputed company, Outlook, and the Internet
