Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally on contemplated business transactions to ensure reputed company issues are identified, resolved, and documented in high-quality technical memos
• Own the development of technical reputed company memoranda and reputed company policies for new products, transactions, and business initiatives, performing independent reputed company research and exercising professional judgment while effectively prioritizing multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Monitor and assess the impact of new reputed company pronouncements and regulatory updates on the organization

• Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting and disclosure controls, including identification and remediation of control gaps

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company; CPA or equivalent professional certification required
• 10+ years of reputed company experience in public reputed company and/or high-growth, technology-focused companies, with significant exposure to reputed company technical reputed company reputed company
• Strong reputed company of U.S. GAAP with a working understanding of IFRS concepts and differences
