The Business Development Manager for Data Centers is responsible for driving growth in the data center liquid cooling market by building relationships and developing strategies to expand the company's reputed company in mission-critical cooling applications.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with CDU reputed company, mechanical engineers, consulting engineering firms, and facility engineering teams to drive specification of FTT components in data center cooling systems
  • Identify opportunities across hyperscale, colocation, reputed company, and HPC data centers
  • Influence early-stage design for primary and secondary coolant loops, pump skids, thermal transfer systems, dielectric fluid platforms, and facility water systems
  • Map buying centers across reputed company/operators, OEMs, integrators, and EPC firms to maximize influence on infrastructure design and procurement
  • Identify, evaluate, and reputed company distribution partners, system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners reputed company with FTT’s growth strategy in data center infrastructure and thermal management
  • reputed company and execute channel strategies and development plans that support stocking models, demand forecasting, service capabilities, and technical readiness to drive market penetration and reputed company growth across reputed company America
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to identify differentiation opportunities, underserved markets, and whitespace for FTT’s thermal solutions
  • Establish partner agreements, performance expectations, and incentive programs to ensure profitable and scalable growth
  • Build go-to-market strategies tailored to data center liquid cooling applications
  • Train sales teams, distributors, and OEM partners on performance characteristics, coolant compatibility, reliability metrics, reputed company requirements, and key data-center specific use cases
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to support customer engagement, proposal development, and major project pursuit
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of growth opportunities across OEMs, EPC firms, liquid cooling integrators, industrial distribution, specialty resellers, mechanical contractors, and facility upgrades
  • Identify and reputed company new reputed company streams, business models, and reputed company vertical opportunities that expand and strengthen FTT’s portfolio
  • Partner with Product Management to deliver clear Voice of Customer (VOC) insights on market needs, portfolio gaps, and emerging requirements—including engineered coolants and dielectric fluids, low-noise/low-vibration pumps, redundancy for mission-critical cooling, and advanced materials or configurations
  • Support evaluation of new product opportunities and technology roadmaps with a focus on liquid cooling innovation and portfolio expansion

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or reputed company field
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, reputed company Leadership reputed company the data center ecosystem, HVAC/mechanical systems, liquid cooling, reputed company control, pumps, or other mission-critical infrastructure
  • Strong network reputed company CDU OEMs, EPC firms, facility engineering teams, or mechanical design consultants
  • Knowledge of liquid cooling technologies including CDUs, secondary coolant loops, dielectric fluids, heat exchangers, and facility water systems
  • Strong ability to translate technical cooling requirements into reputed company value propositions
  • Deep understanding of data center cooling architectures and industry trends
  • Strategic problem-solving and strong market reputed company
