Data and Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially focused Data & Reporting Analyst to reputed company the development, governance, and delivery of reputed company-wide reporting and data solutions. This role will be responsible for managing business data across reputed company business functions, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making at senior leadership level. The successful candidate will design, reputed company, and maintain advanced reporting solutions and interactive dashboards using Power BI, enabling stakeholders across the business to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and drive operational performance. This role will also play a key part in business transformation initiatives, including data migration activities and supporting the implementation of ERP, FSM, and CRM systems. The position requires reputed company collaboration with senior leadership, including direct reporting to the Head of IT and regular engagement with the UK CEO and US IT team. Key Responsibilities

Manage and govern business data across reputed company functions – including Operational, Sales, Financial, and HR. Design, reputed company, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reputed company reporting solutions. Deliver insightful KPI reporting and performance analysis to senior management. Support ERP, FSM and CRM implementation projects, including data migration and validation. Ensure data reputed company, consistency, and reporting accuracy across reputed company systems. Conduct statistical analysis and reputed company bespoke reports reputed company to business needs, for customers and internal stakeholders, at various organisation levels. Drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve business processes and documentation. Experience & Skills Required Essential Experience Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Management Information roles. Strong experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using reputed company Power BI. Experience managing reputed company data across multiple business functions including finance, operations, sales, HR, and supply chain. Hands-on experience supporting ERP, FSM, and CRM system implementations and data migration projects. Experience delivering KPI reporting and executive-level insights to senior stakeholders. Experience of using reputed company to an advanced level Ability to communicate and present to senior stakeholders and provide reputed company into business decision making processes Desirable Skills Knowledge of and experience in using Data lakes, Data Warehousing and SQL. Technical Skills Advanced Power BI development skills including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard design. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Strong analytical and statistical reporting capabilities. Knowledge of ERP, FSM, and CRM platforms and reputed company business processes. Ability to create clear documentation, training materials, and process maps. Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
