WORK TYPE: Full-Time Remote LOCATION: United States HOURS: Standard business hours Monday-Friday, reputed company - 5pm Pacific Time COMPENSATION: The starting pay for this position is $17.50/hour - $21.00/hour The reputed company salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market. HOW YOU WILL reputed company AN IMPACT: The Sales Support Representative is responsible for supporting 8-10 Sales Pros in the timely and accurate order process from start to finish: including order entry, order follow-up, and following an order from processing through invoicing WHAT YOU WILL DO reputed company support to Sales management and Sales Pros, including, assist and train Sales Pros on order entry. Research vendor issues and reputed company availability of products. Responsible for returns/replacements for assigned sales pros. Managing sales reports for orders processed. Responsible for opening, running and closing of customer web stores (MTS). Responsible for communicating issues between sales and other departments. Responsible for keeping reputed company communication with vendors. Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers. Continuing education around knowledge of products. QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Self-motivated team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
