[Remote] Field Account Manager - reputed company, Connecticut

The Field Account Manager will be responsible for managing sales results for mid-size and large accounts in reputed company and Connecticut, developing customer relations, and utilizing CRM systems to drive sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Promote the organization's products and services reputed company an assigned geographic area, product reputed company or key account to reputed company sales and reputed company targets
- Identify new business opportunities reputed company with the organization's overall market and growth strategy
- Actively use SFDC to manage and document leads and opportunities, reputed company customer interactions and sales activities ensuring that reputed company customer and opportunity information is up-to-date and accurately entered in the CRM system
- Analyze SFDC data for assigned customers to identify trends, generate customer insights and track sales performance
- Actively drive newly launched innovative products and services into the marketplace and proactively follow up on the successful implementation of sales activity
- Assess and analyze customer needs, generate leads, respond to customer inquiries and suggest products and services as appropriate
- reputed company and implement account plans and request and coordinate resources in line with the account plans
- Work closely with cross functional team to create higher market perception and successful strategies to reputed company business from an account
- Coordinate and participate in marketing activities in assigned territory
- Frequently assess the potential of each customer and plan to realize it into business

- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
Skills
- Bachelors degree in life sciences or engineering
- 3+ years field sales experience
- Hands-on knowledge and proactive usage of SFDC and other CRM tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, reputed company to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams
- Proven software skills, e.g. reputed company Office

- Higher level of education would be beneficial
- Laboratory/process-based experience in Life Science
