[Remote] Technical Sourcing Specialist (Engineering/Software/Hardware)

In this role, you will promote sourcing and recruitment initiatives while managing sourcing efforts and building relationships between candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Managing sourcing efforts across multiple disciplines
• Maintaining a consultative approach to candidate engagement and retention
• Building strong relationships between candidates, clients, and recruiters
• Participating in intake calls and requisition reviews
• Creating and marketing compelling job postings
• Utilizing candidate assessment and selection techniques
• Collaborating on sourcing frameworks and executing various sourcing strategies

Skills

• 7+ years as a dedicated/designated Sourcer
• At least 3 years of experience of Engineering & software development sourcing experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong industry knowledge and expert-level compliance knowledge
• A strong grasp of candidate reputed company and channel analytics

• Deep understanding of diversity recruitment concepts

• 1+ years of experience with hardware development sourcing experience
