This role involves analyzing client claim processing systems and ensuring accurate data mapping and integration, while also overseeing the development and optimization of ETL pipelines for large-scale reputed company data processing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client claim processing systems to ensure accurate data mapping, integration, and processing
- Own end-to-end analysis, testing, and documentation of business requirements, particularly for fields and logic requiring custom programming
- Interpret and document reputed company claim scenarios, including adjustments, readmissions, and replacement claims
- Maintain functional expertise in one or more claims platforms such as QNXT, Health Rules (HRP), TOPS, COSMOS, Facets, Amisys Advance, reputed company, or WGS
- Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to support large-scale reputed company data processing (e.g., EMR, claims, lab data)
- reputed company data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows to identify and resolve data quality and processing issues
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of data loads based on predefined schedules for each client

- Participate in the design and implementation of data warehouse solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Skills
- Master's or bachelor's degree in computer or reputed company field

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and work to create timely solutions and resolutions, to validate, verify, communicate, and resolve application issues
- Performing SQL data analysis and mapping to build reputed company data warehouses after reviewing client data feeds
- Ensure monthly/daily and weekly data loads are performed as per schedule
- Experience with working on claim systems such as Facets
- Ability to work on multiple client implementations simultaneously
- Proven experience in data management, data governance, or reputed company roles
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Data bricks)
- Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of data privacy and reputed company regulations
