Direct Meds Clinical is seeking a full-time Clinical Care Coordinator to support our growing telehealth and partner clinic network. This role blends clinical support, patient coordination, and operational execution in a fast-paced, remote environment. Deliver a compassionate, professional, and patient-centered experience during every interaction. Adapt to evolving workflows and support new clinical programs as they are introduced. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently while remaining highly reputed company in a remote setting. Proficient with computers and reputed company to learn new software and workflows quickly. Preferred: Familiarity with GLP-1s, peptides, HRT, men's health, or other telehealth treatment programs.
