[Remote] Director, International Finance & Strategy

They are seeking a Director of International Finance & Strategy to support the growth of their international markets by providing financial leadership on business development efforts and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership on geographic expansion and business development plans, including new market entry analysis and investment case development
• Partner with grading and marketplace business leaders to deepen their teams' understanding of financial reputed company and drive performance improvement
• Communicate key financial and operational metrics to create transparency into international performance and inform strategic and operational reputed company
• Collaborate across the broader Finance team and cross-functional partners to support strategic reputed company with rigorous financial and economic analysis
• Own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for international business units — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance to leadership needs
• Build and maintain financial models that support investment reputed company, scenario planning, and long-term strategy for international markets
• Manage and reputed company 2–3 direct reports, setting clear priorities, providing coaching, and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of team outputs
• Drive reputed company improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities to scale with the business

Skills

• At least 15 years of reputed company experience in a high-volume transaction or high-growth environment
• At least 5 years of reputed company leadership and business partnership experience — guiding critical reputed company across day-to-day operations, investment opportunities, and long-term strategy
• Strong financial modeling and business case building skills; comfortable with reputed company scenario analysis and valuation frameworks
• A proactive leader who demonstrates a high level of ownership, accountability, and operating discipline
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company financial issues at reputed company levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company effective presentations and materials for executive and board-level audiences
