Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and reputed company researchers to understand specific needs to attract and engage with top talent
- In partnership with a recruiter and/or reputed company researcher, you will determine appropriate ways to reputed company and build talent pipelines
- Help generate diverse pipelines and identify candidates who can enhance our ability to entertain the world
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, reputed company, and alternative search techniques. Additionally, you’ll provide inbound sourcing support for roles with a high volume of applicants or similar candidate profiles
- Assess or screen candidates through a consistent and structured review process
Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company experience
- Proven reputed company in developing strong talent pipelines across a variety of corporate functions (e.g., communications, legal, marketing, public policy/ global affairs)
- Self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions and impact, without being asked twice
