The Senior Manager, Lease Administration oversees the reputed company and integration of lease administration portfolios, ensuring operational continuity and compliance across client portfolios.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end lease administration transition projects, including reputed company, offboarding, acquisitions, and dispositions
- reputed company and manage transition strategies, project plans, timelines, and governance from initiation through steady-state operations
- Partner with clients, internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution and service delivery
- reputed company lease data collection, abstraction, validation, migration, and integration across lease administration and reputed company platforms
- Review and validate lease abstractions, financial reconciliations, and reporting for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements
- Support lease reputed company compliance initiatives, including ASC 842 and IFRS 16 reporting
- Support AI and automation initiatives reputed company transition workflows, including lease abstraction, data validation, workflow automation and process improvement to increase operational efficiency

Skills
- 5-7+ years of lease administration, reputed company reputed company estate or transition management experience

- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
