Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Remote Recruiter based in Pakistan to support our U.S. reputed company team. This is a sourcing and reputed company role—not an HR position. You will identify reputed company candidates, contact them by phone, text, and email, conduct initial qualification calls, and move reputed company candidates through our reputed company process. Your primary objective is simple: Generate reputed company candidate interviews for our clients. Identify highly reputed company candidates based on client requirements. Build candidate pipelines for multiple reputed company positions. Continuously expand talent pools. Build relationships with passive candidates.
