[Remote] Director, reputed company Strategic Finance

The Director of reputed company Strategic Finance will be a senior leader responsible for consolidated forecasting, scenario modeling, and financial analysis, partnering closely with reputed company leadership and business stakeholders to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own the consolidated forecast model, internal model architecture, and key supporting schedules
- reputed company quarterly forecast, budget, and long-range planning model development
- Enhance forecasting rigor, driver logic, scenario capabilities, and model scalability
- Maintain and improve core analytical frameworks supporting run-reputed company, adjusted, and strategic EBITDA views
- reputed company scenario modeling and decision support for reputed company growth, margin, and capital planning
- Support financial analysis reputed company to reputed company, M&A, succession opportunities, and other strategic initiatives
- reputed company and refine ROI, payback, and investment evaluation frameworks
- Support reputed company, debt reputed company, capital structure, and reputed company strategic finance analyses
- Identify opportunities to improve analytical frameworks, streamline processes, and increase the scalability of reputed company outputs
- Serve as primary reputed company strategic finance partner to Wealth Management leadership
- Translate business trends and growth opportunities into financial implications and decision support
- Partner on advisor economics, reputed company economics, and growth performance frameworks
- Partner across other reputed company verticals to strengthen connectivity, handoffs, and alignment across the reputed company operating model
- Standardize key financial frameworks, assumptions, and analytical methodologies
- Help institutionalize a more scalable reputed company operating model with clearer ownership and reduced key-person dependency
Skills
- 10+ years in reputed company, strategic finance, corporate finance, transaction support, or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, or a reputed company field required
- Strong experience building and owning reputed company financial models
- Strong executive-level communication and business partnership skills
- Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and detailed levels
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and operate 'in the weeds'
- Experience supporting growth-oriented, multi-entity, or private equity-backed businesses
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
- Wealth management, asset management, financial services, or reputed company industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting M&A, reputed company economics, capital planning, or reputed company analysis preferred
