What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Write Maintainable Code: Assist in writing and refactoring software code for web and desktop applications. Debug & Test: Partner with QA and Business Analysts to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects. Learn & Apply: Implement industry-standard coding conventions, DevSecOps principles, and learn reputed company deployment strategies in AWS. Collaborate Daily: Actively participate in Scrum standups, backlog grooming, and team learning sessions. What You Bring (Qualifications) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of software development experience (professional or internship-level). Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript. Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a completed Software Development Certificate in lieu of degree.
