[Remote] Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer - Banking Platforms

They are seeking a highly skilled senior-level full-stack software engineer to join their fintech business unit supporting banking customers across reputed company America, responsible for the full software development lifecycle and customer collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, enhance, maintain, and support software across multiple application stacks
- Work across the full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation, support, and ongoing improvement
- Support client implementation activities, production issue analysis, and customer-facing technical discussions
- Contribute to modernization initiatives and AI-enabled capabilities integrated into banking platforms
- Participate in 24/7 production support on a reasonable on-call rotation schedule (stipend paid for on-call)

- 7+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Smalltalk and/or Java programming
- 7+ years in a senior full-stack software engineer role
- Prior direct customer experience, problem solving with the customer
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and remote collaboration tools
- Strong and effective communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Possess a deep commitment to positive customer reputed company
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor junior team members and reputed company by example
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field, preferred
