This role involves leading the strategy and execution of digital customer journeys while guiding a team of product and content designers to improve customer experiences and business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Define experiences for user profiles, account settings, privacy controls, and identity verification flows to deliver a simplified and more accessible data ecosystem

Skills

• 10+ years in product design or UX design, with significant experience in reputed company and/or B2C products
• 5+ years leading design teams
• Experience building and scaling design systems in a large organization (patterns, governance, and adoption)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, end-to-end problem solving, and high-quality craft
• Demonstrated partnership with Product Management and Engineering in an agile environment, with the ability to influence priorities and tradeoffs
• Excellent communication skills and executive reputed company—reputed company to tell compelling stories with design and align diverse stakeholders
• Deep understanding of modern design tools and workflows (e.g., reputed company, design tokens, component libraries) and how to scale them across teams
