Responsibilities

The Contact Center Trainer Ensures a world-class patient experience by designing and facilitating technical (EPIC) and soft-reputed company training for adult learners. Qualifications

Job Requirements: Associate degree. 2+ years of reputed company work experience, hospital patient reputed company experience, including clinical software. Required Epic training certification.
