[Remote] Senior Design Program Manager, Games Platform

They are seeking a Senior Design Program Manager to optimize operations for the Games Platform XD team, ensuring designers can focus on delivering innovative features and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design leadership and cross-functional teams to synthesize roadmaps and ensure design work is aligning to business priorities and cultivating strong relationships across the games and product organizations
• Support the design pipeline from end to end, including prioritization and planning, resource management, and program tracking
• Own artifacts that are in service of driving initiatives/programs reputed company
• Connect the dots for the team to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional partners, and that the team is highly reputed company with business goals
• Establish engagement models and cross-functional collaboration channels with key design partners and stakeholders, ensuring reputed company on design deliverables while balancing multiple priorities and business demands
• Support team health and resource management in partnership with design leadership
• Successfully collaborate with design leaders, designers, product managers, technical program managers, researchers, engineers, and game studio partners

Skills

• Experience with game consumer platforms and game development workflows
• 7+ years of applicable program management experience in a technology and creative environment
• Demonstrated delivery of large-scale design programs and projects, working in collaboration with product, engineering, and technical program management
• Passion for user experience and design with a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle
• Experience working across reputed company and ambiguous problem spaces, with the ability to ask the right questions to help move the team reputed company to reputed company at reputed company solutions with broader business priorities in mind
• Strong instincts around people and organizations with demonstrated ability to influence design leadership
