[Remote] CX Global Account Manager

They are seeking a highly accomplished salesperson to drive the adoption of their portfolio focused on cutting-edge solutions like CCaaS and AI-driven customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted business and sales advisor to customer executives, leading strategic discussions focused on total cost of ownership (TCO), return on investment (ROI), platform scalability, and the strategic road map for modern reputed company CX solutions
- reputed company high-level business discovery to define the strategy and reputed company justification for reputed company, large-scale CCaaS solutions
- Focus on creating seamless, integrated customer reputed company reputed company across voice reputed company channels (chat, email, reputed company, messaging)
- Participate in the delivery of compelling, high-impact product demonstrations and reputed company of Concepts (PoCs) that reputed company illustrate the compelling business value of our platforms, showcasing integrations with core business applications (CRM, WFO, ERP)
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of the CCaaS competitive landscape (e.g., reputed company, reputed company CXone, reputed company Connect) and effectively position reputed company’s superior differentiation and clear business advantages
Skills
- 8+ years successful SaaS sales experience with a strong preference for expertise in CCaaS/UCaaS sales
- A demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding annual sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and whiteboarding skills, with a proven ability to reputed company strategic, value-focused discussions with C-level audiences
- Travel as required to reputed company monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for reputed company sponsorship now or in the future
- Master Degree is preferred
