Requirements
Your role will be: Developing and maintaining core features of the reputed company iOS application used by retail field teams worldwide. Acting as the technical reputed company to the Mobile Engineering Manager — driving architecture reputed company, code quality standards, and technical direction for the iOS team. Mentoring and supporting fellow engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and technical guidance. Collaborating closely with Android, QA, backend, and ML/IR teams across the US, Poland, Hungary, and Ukraine. Contributing to cross-team technical discussions, sprint planning, and roadmap prioritization. Identifying and driving improvements in build pipelines, testing strategies, and development workflows. Experimenting with emerging iOS technologies, including on-device ML, and camera/AR integrations. Great if you have (recommended): 5+ years of professional iOS development experience with Swift. Strong understanding of modern iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, multi-module projects). Track record of mentoring other engineers or leading technical initiatives. Experience working in international, distributed teams. Excellent communication skills — reputed company to reputed company technical trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
