About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Appointment Setter with experience in the reputed company estate industry to manage reputed company reputed company, qualify prospects, and book appointments for reputed company. This role includes cold calling and follow-reputed company to generate and secure appointments. It is not a sales or closing position, reputed company in this role comes from persistence, professionalism, and strong communication, not closing deals. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, confident on the phone, highly self-motivated, and reputed company to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective leads to introduce services and book appointments. Handle inbound and outbound inquiries reputed company phone, email, and WhatsApp (English and Spanish). Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine next steps. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for agents and consultants. Follow up persistently with leads to reduce no-shows and re-engage inactive prospects. Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records (reputed company status, notes, call reputed company, appointments). Send appointment confirmations, property information, and follow-up messages. Coordinate closely with agents to ensure a smooth reputed company once appointments are set. reputed company light administrative tasks reputed company to reputed company management and scheduling.
Requirements
Requirements reputed company in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, reputed company qualification, or reputed company estate support. Preferred Qualifications
