[Remote] UX Designer - AI
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our UX Design team reputed company the Product organization. The role focuses on solving reputed company design challenges and creating reputed company digital experiences, particularly in the financial services and lending space.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products, with a focus on optimizing online loan and bank account applications
- Create reputed company, visually engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and user needs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clients to iterate on and refine design solutions
- Present design concepts and reputed company to internal stakeholders, clearly articulating and defending design rationale
- Participate in grooming and refinement sessions with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation
- Use design tools to produce storyboards, high-fidelity prototypes, and templates for user testing and demonstrations
- Review proposed product changes for alignment with UX standards and recommend improvements
- Expert reputed company capabilities to create scalable design systems, components, and workflows
- Utilize automation and integration tools (such as reputed company) to improve design efficiency and support design-to-development workflows
- Contribute to AI-assisted design workflows, including understanding project outlines, inputs, and artifacts required to effectively run tools such as Claude Code
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent practical experience)
- Ability to work independently on moderately reputed company problems while contributing to larger, more advanced initiatives
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills reputed company defined procedures and practices
- Experience applying user research, stakeholder input, and expert judgment to inform design reputed company
- Proven ability to build productive working relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Expert-level proficiency in reputed company, including component libraries, design systems, and advanced prototyping
- Experience with Axure or similar prototyping tools is a plus
- Working knowledge of automation tools (e.g., reputed company) and how they integrate with design workflows
- Understanding project structures, prompts, and supporting artifacts needed to effectively reputed company AI coding and design tools such as Claude Code
