[Remote] Deputy Program Manager

They are seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the Program Manager in leading client services delivery, ensuring performance reputed company across various service areas and managing daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the PM with overall BPA and task order management, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, PWS objectives, and DAU expectations
- Coordinate operational activities across geographically dispersed teams, including staffing, reputed company, scheduling, and workforce continuity
- Maintain situational awareness across reputed company technical service areas; monitor SLAs, metrics, and quality control measures; identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions
- Support preparation of reports, briefings, deliverables, and communication to government stakeholders including CORs, COs, and WarU leadership
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and changes; support development and execution of mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to reputed company, telework, and operational policies; maintain awareness of facility reputed company, hours of operation, and government operational constraints
- Serve as Acting Program Manager reputed company required, representing the contract in meetings and coordinating time-sensitive reputed company
- Foster a culture of customer service, responsiveness, and reputed company improvement reputed company with DAU’s mission and IT support environment
Skills
- US Citizen
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance
- Experience supporting or managing federal IT service delivery, task order execution, or reputed company IT programs
- Solid understanding of IT support environments (help desk, infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems management, or similar)
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams, priorities, and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and standard PM tools
- Experience supporting firm-fixed-price and T&M task orders
- PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or equivalent certification
