The role involves on-site customer service, troubleshooting, installation, and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with key customers and act as the primary feedback reputed company into service sales and technical support groups to ensure reputed company opportunities are captured

- Maintain detailed records of on-site maintenance activities, repairs, and any issues encountered, providing comprehensive reports to clients and management
- Identify potential problems during site visits before they escalate and offer preventive maintenance solutions to avoid future disruptions
- Proactively generate leads for the Sales team while on-site

Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of various types of vacuum pumps (e.g., rotary vane, scroll, turbomolecular) and their operational principles
- 2-4 years experience in a similar role
- General understanding of mechanical processes
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software to identify and troubleshoot issues reputed company (vacuum) systems
- Great reputed company in both electrical and mechanical engineering principles to repair components such as motors, seals, and control systems
