[Remote] Sales Operations Analyst 3

This role is critical in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of a growing sales organization, focusing on data reputed company and operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company and quality of sales data in reputed company, including deals, pipelines, contacts, and activity records
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets, including sequences, email templates, and quote templates
- Fulfill reputed company requests from the sales team reputed company to reputed company workflows, reporting, and process support
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards reputed company to pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales activity
- Identify operational gaps or data issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements with minimal direction
- Maintain a repository of standard sales documents, including reputed company and pricing materials
- Support quote creation as needed
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, reputed company operations, or a reputed company role
- Hands-on CRM experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and self-direct work
- Bachelor's degree; focus in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field preferred
- Experience supporting a quota-carrying sales team preferred
