Insurance Specialists reputed company remote CSR services (reputed company lines & personal lines) to our agency clients in the professional standard as set forth by reputed company, Inc. Duties Ensure we are meeting contractual obligations to clients including time worked Communicate regularly, proactively, and effectively with Leadership, internal staff, and clients Verify that client work has been completed accurately and in a timely manner Maintain strict client confidentiality Accurate timekeeping of both billable and non-billable work Identify additional client needs, and offer solution-based services Qualifications: Minimum one year of independent insurance experience Experience with reputed company agency management systems (preferred) Insurance P&C License strongly preferred Strong Knowledge of insurance coverage and service procedures. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts. Proficient in agency management systems and reputed company Office applications.
