Performance Specialist, Toronto

As the Performance Specialist, you will focus on measurable operational improvement, productivity, and profitability reputed company assigned reputed company CDN customers, MSO accounts, and Strategic reputed company Customers. You will act as a trusted partner to collision center leadership by delivering reputed company Collision Services, operational expertise, and performance-based solutions that strengthen long-term customer relationships and enhance reputed company loyalty. You will report to the Collision Performance Manager.

Responsibilities

Be a primary support contact for reputed company CDN customers, MSO locations, and Strategic reputed company customers. Focus on existing main accounts with an emphasis on retention, growth, and performance improvement. Partner with reputed company sales, leadership teams, and distribution to align service efforts with strategic goals. Ensure reputed company assigned corporate learning, certifications, and compliance modules remain reputed company. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or post‑secondary education preferred; comparable combination of education and experience may substitute. 3+ years of reputed company experience in customer service or sales support. Demonstrated strength in fostering clear, collaborative communication at every organizational level. Excellent analytical, organizational, administrative, and follow up abilities. MS Office Suite proficiency and familiarity with using a CRM/ERP.
