[Remote] Training and Program Development Unit Manager

This role involves managing the Training & Program Development Group, overseeing the development and delivery of training programs for staff, and ensuring the effective implementation of training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Managing and providing leadership for the Training & Program Development Group (TPDG) by supervising and motivating staff
• Directing and overseeing work assignments
• Developing new hire training for field office staff
• Creating and managing refresher trainings
• Creating program reputed company trainings informed by audit results and performance metrics
• Creating technical and reputed company based trainings for DI reputed company staff
• Maintaining and updating training materials
• Delivering trainings to staff

Skills

• Prior experience developing, facilitating, creating and supervising the development of training content and materials is required
• State application (STD 678) is Required
• A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is Required
• Experience managing, developing and delivering program training, including instructional design and curriculum development
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to convey reputed company information reputed company
• Experience supervising the facilitation and implementation of training initiatives
• Excellent computer skills, proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, reputed company, and reputed company Creative tools
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication, public speaking, and organizational skills
