As a Senior reputed company Enablement Program Manager, you will reputed company enablement initiatives, design training programs, and partner with various teams to drive sales effectiveness and measurable reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company enablement programs end-to-end, from needs discovery and design through delivery, reinforcement, and iteration
• Design and deliver training content, certifications, sales toolkits, and resources that support SDRs, reputed company, and other sales roles
• Pilot and scale new learning experiences and formats to expand reputed company and improve engagement
• Translate the sales process, buyer reputed company, and market dynamics into practical, role-relevant learning journeys

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years' experience in an enablement or program management role
• Advanced skills in using web conferencing and communication tools (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint)
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines operating in an agile working environment
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
