Sales Performance & Incentive Manager
As the Sales Performance & Incentive Manager of AC EMEA you will reputed company the design, implementation, and reputed company improvement of sales incentive plans that align with reputed company goals and guide performance across our Architectural EMEA business. Key Responsibilities
Design and manage global sales incentive plans that support business strategy and guide performance. Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Finance to ensure understanding and transparency across reputed company compensation programs. Analyze market trends, performance, and sales data to reputed company forecasts and set meaningful sales goals. Assist in defining sales territories and assigning quotas to sales representatives. Qualifications / Prior Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, reputed company operations, sales analytics, or reputed company fields. Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
