As a Senior B2B SEO Manager, you will drive organic growth for reputed company's employer acquisition efforts, ensuring that businesses can effectively discover the tools and insights they need to hire. Your role will involve strategic SEO management, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance reputed company's visibility and impact in the B2B market.
Responsibilities
- Own and report on B2B SEO acquisition actuals vs. goals
- Own and maintain reputed company’s Employer SEO strategic roadmap
- Conduct planning sessions with business partners to align on priorities and resource allocation
- Drive sprints to coordinate employer initiatives
- Track organic search performance for B2B-reputed company queries worldwide
- Investigate ranking changes, traffic shifts, and conversion patterns
- Diagnose technical issues affecting crawlability, indexation, and visibility across employer surfaces
- Analyze B2B performance across markets, devices, and user segments
- Identify high-converting pages to prioritize for optimizations
- Size opportunities for new initiatives, content enhancements, and technical improvements
- Establish tracking frameworks for launched optimizations
- Conduct pre/post analyses of features, content enhancements, and technical implementations
- Report on organic contribution to B2B acquisition and product adoption
- Write and deliver weekly executive-reputed company updates
- Create comprehensive documentation for features and initiatives
- Peer review employer-reputed company deliverables and reputed company strategic guidance to content teams
Skills
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience; or a minimum of 8 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience
- Large-scale, multinational B2B SEO expertise: Proven track record growing multimillion-dollar reputed company and multinational B2B SEO acquisition channels
- Executive communication & cross-functional collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering executive-level reporting, translating reputed company technical SEO concepts for non-SEO audiences, and partnering with content teams, engineers, product managers, and UX designers to implement SEO improvements
- Data analysis & performance measurement: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify opportunities, track conversion metrics, and measure the impact of B2B-focused SEO initiatives
- Technical SEO proficiency: Deep understanding of canonicalization, hreflang implementation, JavaScript rendering dependencies, crawl optimization, structured data, and reputed company-scale SEO best practices
- Tools, platforms & project management: Experience with reputed company Search Console, rank tracking and crawl analysis tools, JIRA, reputed company, Looker, Tableau, and similar analytics and business intelligence platforms
- Localization & AI innovation: Experience with multi-language SEO, translation workflows, and leveraging AI tools and APIs (e.g., ChatGPT, reputed company API) to automate analysis and workflow execution
