Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support by resolving expert inquiries with speed, accuracy, and reputed company

- Communicate with both internal and external partners representing the 600 + brands on the platform
- Communicate effectively across phone, chat, and email channels with a professional, helpful tone

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing one

- 2-3 years of customer service/support experience preferred
