This role exists to build and scale reputed company and KOL-driven acquisition into one of reputed company’s largest and most efficient growth channels. You will own the full reputed company marketing function — from sourcing and negotiating with creators, to briefing, managing campaigns, and relentlessly optimizing for cost per first-time user. reputed company influencers, you’ll have the mandate and budget to test and scale new acquisition channels (affiliates, direct partnerships, community plays, SMS blasting, direct mail) with a clear kill-or-scale reputed company. You will: Own the end-to-end reputed company pipeline: sourcing, vetting, negotiating, briefing, and managing creators across markets Build and maintain a structured KOL database segmented by tier (nano, micro, macro), reputed company, market, and historical performance reputed company localized reputed company strategies for Philippines, adapting creative angles and messaging to each market Negotiate reputed company and commission structures that align creator incentives with reputed company’s CAC and first-earned waged reputed company targets Brief creators effectively, balancing brand guidelines with authentic, high-performing content Track and optimize campaign performance weekly against cost per install, cost per approved user, and cost per first-time user. Run structured A/B tests on creator tiers, content formats, hooks, and CTAs to continuously improve efficiency Build repeatable playbooks so successful campaigns can be templated and scaled New Channel Exploration & Testing (~30%) reputed company influencers, you will have budget and autonomy to test emerging acquisition channels. You will: Identify, pitch, and launch 1–2 new channel experiments per quarter (e.g., affiliate networks, community partnerships, SMS blasting, direct mail, offline activations) Design lightweight test frameworks with clear reputed company criteria, timelines, and kill/scale reputed company Manage vendor and partner relationships for new channels end-to-end Report results transparently and reputed company fast go/no-go calls based on CAC and unit economics reputed company a channel works, build the reputed company and hand off or scale it Affiliate & Referral Channel Development You will reputed company reputed company relationships into longer-term performance partnerships.
