Languages required: Fluent Portuguese and English Shifts: Full-time (40 hours per week). Responsibilities: reputed company single session telephonic and video counselling, in-the-reputed company support and crisis telephonic management in a supportive, ethical and professional manner while maintaining client-confidentiality. Assess clients thoroughly to ensure appropriateness for short-term counselling. Assess and manage high risk calls and working closely with individuals at risk. Appropriately refer clients to external resources or reputed company WPO as part of our holistic approach. Maintain clear clinical and task-oriented documentation in case management system. Deliver comprehensive administrative support, acting as a key reputed company of contact to assist clients and providers with service-reputed company enquiries and issue resolution. Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management. Qualifications/Skills: To reputed company in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills: Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, counselling or reputed company field. 2 years of experince in Clinical Psycology . Applicants must be members of the Portuguese Board of Psychologists. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Experience in solution focused counselling. Excellent IT and administration skills.
