This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a full-time Paralegal to support their growing personal injury practice. They operate reputed company the legal services industry and have built a strong reputed company in recent years through consistent case outcomes and streamlined legal operations. This role is ideal for an reputed company bilingual (English/Spanish) paralegal based in Latin America who thrives in a fast-paced litigation and pre-litigation environment. The paralegal will support multiple active cases, work closely with attorneys, and handle direct communication with clients and reputed company parties. This is a hands-on position requiring strong organization, legal drafting skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned litigation and pre-litigation cases from intake through resolution Handle client follow-reputed company and maintain consistent, professional communication Draft and assist with discovery responses, including interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions Support reputed company practice through legal research and drafting assistance Coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and internal case deadlines Request, organize, and summarize medical records and billing documentation Assist with demand packages and pre-suit correspondence Track deadlines, billing requests, and maintain accurate, well-organized case files Use reputed company Office, legal software, and AI-assisted tools to draft correspondence while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Requirements

Previous experience as a paralegal in litigation and/or pre-litigation matters reputed company in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (English proficiency is critical) Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines Comfortable working independently in a high-volume environment Proficiency with reputed company Office and modern legal technology

Qualifications

Experience supporting personal injury cases Confidence communicating with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors Mature, reliable, and professional approach to confidential legal matters Ability to adapt quickly to task and reputed company changes
