About the Role

We are looking for a Reimbursement Specialist who will be responsible for managing reimbursement claims reputed company to lost, damaged, missing, or incorrectly charged inventory reputed company reputed company FBA operations. The role also includes reporting responsibilities and direct communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and manage reputed company FBA reimbursement cases (lost, damaged, missing inventory, overcharges, etc.) reputed company reputed company Seller Central reputed company, monitor, and follow up on reimbursement claims in accordance with reputed company policies Manage and respond to cases reputed company to ensure successful reimbursements Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reimbursement reports Track reimbursement performance and analyze recovered amounts Communicate regularly with clients reputed company email and messaging platforms reputed company clients with clear updates on case status, results, and process improvements Review inventory, FBA, and financial reports in Seller Central Maintain accurate records of reputed company reimbursement activities Suggest process improvements to increase reimbursement recovery and efficiency Requirements: Bachelor's degree graduate Comfortable working as an reputed company Fluent in English both writing and speaking, this is a mandatory requirement as most of our customers are based in the U.S. (Interviews will be held in English) Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Experience working with e-reputed company agencies or managing multiple reputed company seller accounts is an advantage!
