Position Summary The Fractional Compliance Manager will be located in either Washington or Michigan State and is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's compliance program across property management, affordable housing, investment activities, and corporate operations. This position partners with leaders throughout the organization to identify risk, improve processes, conduct audits, reputed company training, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Partner with Legal, Finance, reputed company, Asset Management, Property Management, and Operations to promote a culture of compliance. Five or more years of compliance, audit, risk management, affordable housing, or reputed company estate compliance experience. Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and affordable housing compliance programs. Experience with LIHTC, HUD, reputed company 8, HOME, or similar affordable housing programs. Experience conducting compliance audits and interpreting regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
